Better Home Coffee is the controller of personal information submitted through this website. This notice describes the limited data used by the site and will be updated if the services change.

Contact enquiries

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, enquiry type, message and any optional page address you provide. We use this information to read, manage and reply to the enquiry, correct our work and protect the form from abuse. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the publication and answering people who contact us.

Form submissions are stored in access-controlled Cloudflare infrastructure. A notification containing your enquiry is sent to our inbox, with your email address as the reply-to address so we can respond. If the form cannot save a message, it shows an error instead of claiming to have received it. We do not sell contact details or add people to a marketing list from an enquiry.

We aim to remove routine enquiries within 24 months. A message may be kept longer where reasonably necessary to record a correction, deal with a legal issue or prevent abuse.

Technical information

Our hosting provider may process ordinary request information such as an IP address, browser details, time and requested page to deliver and secure the site. If the optional Cloudflare Turnstile check is enabled, Cloudflare also processes technical information needed to distinguish genuine submissions from automated abuse.

Cloudflare Web Analytics reports page visits and site performance without setting analytics cookies. We do not run advertising or a newsletter on this site. More detail appears in the cookie policy.

Your rights

UK data protection law may give you rights to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict or object to its use, and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Rights can depend on the circumstances and legal basis.
